We are looking for a few good men (and women) who are committed to helping Faces on Fourth Street rise again. We need the combined energy, love, and creativity of our community to make that happen.

We are prepared to offer the Faces venue for lease to qualified, creative individuals. If you are prepared to do the hard work to re-invent and reopen one of the most well known gay clubs in the Midwest then you can own a part of history.

Consider this our official notice. Faces is for lease to someone willing to re-open it as a gay nightclub. Be honest with yourself. You will need capital to do this right. If you have the skills and abilities to do the remodeling/redecorating work yourself, you will still need operating capital to cover your start-up costs. You will need friends and family willing to help with sweat and hard work. You will need a vision (business plan) to realistically make it work.We can be flexible and are willing to work to help you make this happen.

Talk to your friends. We all know people with money and a dream. Tell them about this opportunity of a lifetime. Serious inquiries only. . Don't contact us if you are broke.
